And here's the final, and arguably the best part of Hunt for Red July.
After many trials (and many errors over the past week) I think I got pretty close last night to mastering the delicious meal of Blackened Red Fish :) It was rocking good.

Looks very delicious, but next time don't use a nonstick pan. They can be toxic if heated over 500 degrees.
Do you need any more fish or deer meat Sean? I got some I will give you!! Backstrap and tenderloin, I can't seem to convince my wife that she likes it!!! So, I guess I will give it away
I am currently in Venezuela so I will give it to you when i get back in country after the 19th of August. By the way, if you know anyone that wants to but a good fishing boat let me know. I have a 21' Kenner with a 200 hp Mercury on it that I am selling. It is a 1992 model and has a good trolling motor on it. I just don't have time to use it right now with all of my school, work, and home activities and I don't want to put anymore money into maintaining it. I just spent 500 on redoing the whole fuel system, so that is all new. Annyway, if you know someone let me know. I am selling it for 6K.

Thank you. I don't know anyone who's looking for a boat but Justin Head might. I forwarded this to him.
