wow, thats pretty bad. i would hate to be that cop. from that camera angle, he really doesnt have a case.

i agree, the cop definitely looks like he did it on purpose. The news said the cop tried to sue the bicyclist for trying to hit him, but someone told me the city already took the cops badge and gun.
