Youth Ministry Lab 2009 Promo

Youth Ministry Lab is the largest student-led student ministry conference in the country. It is created and put on by students and professors at SWBTS. I'm stoked about being able to serve on the team again. Here's a promo video we just put together and sent out to student pastors across the country.

Here's our main site - youthministrylab.com

PB & J

Had the privilege of speaking at a student ministry retreat this weekend. It was a blast. I'll post more later, but just wanted to put this pic up from our paintball games. :) Video to come...

Bill Oreilly OWNS Marvin Kalb

If you have the time, watch the whole video b/c it gives great context to the section I want to highlight. If you only have a second, scrub to 4:32 and watch O'Reilly dodge Kalb's jab and return with a knock out upper cut! Love it!

Free Conference - Matt Chandler, Francis Chan, Erwin McManus

I've got a friend who's got a friend (who's got a dog, who's got an uncle, of dude, who knows some guy, who's.... just kidding) who has some tickets he is trying to give a way to the Lead Now 08 Conference.

It is tomorrow, November 13th through November 15th. I'd be snagging a couple of tickets but I have a prior engagement. I'd encourage you to go just to hear Matt Chandler and Francis Chan. They are worth it alone.

Tickets cost $300 if you're paying, but he has some extras and wants to bless some people and give them away for no cost at all. So if you are interested, contact Ryan at, Ryan dot Walling at gmail dot com

Twitter vs. Blogger

I don't know if you've noticed or not, but I really don't blog a whole lot anymore. I've been mini-blogging/twittering quite a bit though. If you're looking to keep up with me, check here first, then my blog.
