So, my brother, having his crazy web skills designed a web-based Contra Flow Map for New Orleans.
No, it's not the video game that you press up, up down, down, left, right, left, right, A, B, start, and get infinite lives... It's when during a hurricane they turn both lanes of the interstate into outward bound lanes. But it's not as easy as jumping in the wrong lane, and putting it on cruise control. You have to be in certain lanes at certain points, and enter and exit at certain points.
