Shocking Campaign Sign, Literally!

This guy's McCain signs kept getting stolen so he electrified the sign and caught someone on video trying to steal the sign again and getting shocked.

It's good to know that the guy wasn't charged with anything. It's bad to know that there is a 9 y/o kid stealing signs for a presidential election.
