Since I bought my 2000 Mazda 626 in October 2006 I've been keeping track of my receipts and logging all of my info, such as miles driven, mpg, total costs, and gallons purchased in Excel. After the recent gas price drops, I thought that exporting a graph that showed the dramatic price drop would look cool. So, with Richard Dunkin as my inspiration, the following is the price per gallon I've spent on gas from October 2006 to October 2008. (Image exported from Apple's Numbers)

A good friend of mine, Kenneth, called me in like August and said, "Hey, you and your wife wanna go see Marc Broussard & Sara Bareilles at House of Blues in Dallas with us?" And I replied, "Shoot no. Why would I want to go see some of my favorite artists in one of the coolest venues in Dallas?!"

And so last night we went. =)

So for the past 3 years, Apple has been cleverly SLAMMING PC with it's Hi, I'm a Mac commercials. Well after 3 years of silence from PC, they finally respond with this ad.

My first reaction was dang, that's a strong ad. I have no idea how Mac is going to respond to that.

But of course, Mac responded even stronger than I could have imagined with this brilliant retort. Ouch!
